Our first online meeting was held on the afternoon of Sunday December 13th and it was fun. We used Google Meet for the discussion and it worked fine, and topics included how to prepare and store summer Saabs for the winter, painting brake calipers, why Saab exhaust systems last so long (at least for models from the past 20 years), the best shops for getting your Saab repaired, and what to expect when doing body repairs on the common problem areas (e.g. on the 9-3 the rear right fender panel below the gas cap door). It was a friendly and interesting discussion and we’ll definitely be doing it again in January, likely this time on a weekday evening. Thanks to the members who were able to join this one, and we hope as many as possible can join the January meeting. All are welcome, you don’t need to be a paid member (but we hope you decide to join later).
