March Club Meeting – Ron Foss on Canada’s First Successful Gasoline Automobile

You may not be aware that Canada’s first successful gasoline automobile was invented by a prosperous mechanic, blacksmith and bicycle repairman named George Foote Foss in Sherbrooke, Quebec.  His grandson Ron is our guest speaker and will tell us the story of the Fossmobile™ and his fascinating  project of reverse engineering it to build a fully authentic model.  If you thought sourcing parts for older Saabs was challenging, what Ron has achieved so far in the project is astounding.

We hope you can join us for this special club event which will be hosted by our VP,  Martin Wojtowicz.  All welcome.  You don’t need to be a club member but we hope you consider joining the club one day.
