Ottawa IKEA Swedish Steel Meet – 11am-2pm Sunday October 5, 2025

Volvo enthusiast Alex Sándor Csank (who also helped bring the first Swedish Meet Ball to Ottawa) has organized another IKEA Ottawa Swedish Steel Meet on his own initiative. It takes place from 11am-2pm on Sunday October 5, 2025 at the Ottawa IKE, 2685 Iris Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K2C 4B1, Canada.

If you’ve been to an Ottawa IKEA event before, it’s in exactly the same place – pretty much as far as you can get from IKEA to the West and still be in IKEA’s part of the mall’s parking lot. Cars usually start backing into the spots perpendicular to the 417 (Trans-Canada Highway). There’s plenty of overflow parking to the South.

All Saabs, Scanias, Volvos, Polestars, Koenigseggs, and those who love them are welcome to attend. As always, you do NOT need to be a Saab Club of Canada member to attend! Come and meet old friends and make some new ones and enjoy a breakfast or lunch at the IKEA restaurant as well.
